Breakfast: Preworkout protein shake, 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 serving sliced mushrooms (canned), 1/2 c. chopped asparagus, 1 roma tomato, 1 tsp. Kraft parmesan cheese
Lunch: 1 1/2 chicken enchilada (leftover), Green Monster shake (1 cucumber, 2 c. spinach, 20 small strawberries)
Afternoon Snack: 1 c. greek yogurt, 1 c. red grapes, 1 oat and honey granola bar crushed up
Dinner: 3 chicken tenders, 1 c. broccoli, 1 c. cauliflower; 1 T. soy sauce
Water: 3 Liters
Exercise: Full Resistance Traning 4 sets with 15 lb. dumbbells, 20 min. of Wii Fit Plus

We played Wii Fit Plus at my house too yesterday! We also bowled on the Wii and I did Dance Dance Revolution on the PS2. Good times.
ReplyDeleteI like doing that snack too - I have some mango amaranth cereal, which I put in yogurt and drizzle with agave nectar.
Sounds like you did a good job. And that Green monster shake sounds not too bad since it has strawberries in it too.
