Goals



So I applied for and got into this challenge but what for? I am going to list my goals for this 8 week challenge but I also firmly believe that goals can change based on mentality.

 
#1 - Get comfortably into size 12 jeans (for me inches is more important than weight)


 
#2 - Complete workouts 6 days a week as outlined in my Exercise Routine

#3 - Allow for planned indulgence 2-3 times per week (this can be a dessert or carb or whatever I want, just in moderation and only when planned)







 

#4 - Zero caffine and alcohol consumption.












#5 - STAY ACTIVE - Limit computer/tv time to after workouts.
