I just had to share my breakfast from yesterday morning with you. One thing I love about spring and summer is all the fresh veggies. So today I loaded up my eggs with yummy veggies.
What you see here is
1 large egg
2 egg whites
1/2 c. chopped asparagus
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms (canned)
1 roma tomato
1 tsp. Kraft parmesan cheese
Total calories: 177 and I got about 2 produce servings in.
Also, this has 11g carbs, 6g fat & 21g protein
I will often pair this with a fruit but yesterday I made my Green monster shake which will have about 4-5 produce servings in it so... I will be sure to take pictures and post it for ya'll.

Looks good. (I thought bleh at first only because I thought the tomato and asparagus were bell peppers, hehe). Parmesan and Feta cheese are both good ways to get some cheese flavor in without so many calories, since they've got so much flavor. I will have to try this sometime.
