Breakfast - 1 1/2 serv. Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal, 3/4 c. milk, medium apple, green tea, 1/2 T. honey, 2 T. apple cider vinegar
Lunch - Turkey burger w/ mustard on white bun, 1 hotdog on bun (I know, I know but I didn't get a morning snack and I was starving), handful of Wavy Lays
Dinner - 1 1/2 chicken enchiladas, 1/4 c. mexican rice, 1/4 c. refried beans, 1/4 c. diced tomatoes, 1 tsp. sour cream, 1 square oatmeal brownie bar, 2 glasses red wine
I got too distracted and busy today and didn't eat snacks then paid for it at lunch and dinner. In my dinner defense we had our new neighbors over and I had to eat the dessert she brought, it would have been rude not too, right? Oats are healthy though, no matter that it was bound together with butter and brown sugar. I even had one of my favorite Green Monster shakes set to be my afternoon snack but time got away from me.
Water: 1 liter (seriously what was my deal today)
Exercise: NADA (I had a plan for today and it went up in smoke my mid morning)
I can only resolve to make tomorrow a new day and move forward. I will get today's workout in tomorrow and then do yoga in the afternoon.

How is the Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal? Sounds like you have a good attitude about when plans don't go as you had imagined - take it one day at a time and just do better the next time. I meant to go back to training today (I benched myself for a week since my knee was hurting a little) but, uh didn't do it. Tomorrow though. Keep it up!
