CRAZY
I haven't done very well logging my food and lack of exercise lately. I just feel very spastic!! But I am going to pick it up again starting today.
Food:
Breakfast (10:30): 2 egg whites, 1 egg, 1/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, 1 serving sliced canned mushrooms, 1 tsp. grated parmesan cheese, 2 clementines (mmm)
Lunch (2pm): Zaxby's Nibblerz meal w/ sweet tea (I know I could've made a better choice but I was in meltdown mode and gave my diet the bird)
Dinner (6pm): Dinner club with friends. Since I did bad at lunch I'll likely have chicken and veggies and a few drinks.
No exercise to speak of except squatting and working on my mule and pushing 3 kids around in a shopping cart.









You got a picture of me from WHERE??? LOL, you just make me laugh so much, R! We can hold each other accountable on the exercise bit. I need help there too!!!
