Woke up this morning feeling tired and sluggish but then I remembered that today is the first day of the Flab to Fab Challenge and I got excited. It took me forever to do a video this morning and I didn't want to eat until it was done so my scale weight would be as low as possible and much to my annoyance it was still up from a weekend of no sleep and traveling with five 8 year old girls. I am a Girl Scout troop leader for my daughter's troop and we went on a Brownie Way Out West Escape weekend, not sure who the escape was for cause it couldn't have been the adults. I was without internet access the entire time I was gone, gasp, and didn't find out til Sunday afternoon that I had even gotten into the contest. Good thing I've been planning to follow along whether I got in or not. I had my notebook all ready for tracking water, food, exercise, and thoughts. I am READY for this challenge!!
So here's a photo of me this past weekend with my daughter just before our dinner and hoedown.
So far today I have done well with my nutrition and am about to get my workout in. It's going to be an Ab 100 which is a series of 4 exercises, completing 25 reps of each exercise. I'll tell you it makes you very aware of your abs.
Not sure yet how much of the details I am going to post so we'll see as we go along.
