Day 1 - Food/Exercise Log

Breakfast - 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 2 tsp. parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, 1/3 c. sliced mushrooms, banana, green tea, 1/2 T. honey, 2 T. apple cider vinegar

Lunch - 2 stuffed peppers

Snack - Large apple, 1/4 c. almonds

Dinner - Spicy Tuna Sushi

Water Intake: 2 liters

Workout: Ab 100 Workout; Treadmill 10 min.

Thoughts: Woke up extremely tired from weekend but remembered I had to get up and do my video which motivated me. I still think I spent too much time on the computer but vow to be more active on Tuesday.

  1. Mmmm sushi. Almond or cashew butter is good on apples.

    I am extremely tired too right now, but I need to do a workout today. 3 miles is up on the training schedule.
